At Silver Fern™ Brand, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If your selection doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
